Problem
Navigating the fresh food market poses challenges due to disjointed interfaces. Users and vendors lack an efficient platform for seamless interactions. Limited communication options further hinder the overall experience.
Goal
Creating an app that helps users order food and get the latest fresh food around them. It also helps vendors place orders and track orders simultaneously. Drawing inspiration from successful platforms, it offers a visually appealing and functional space for streamlined transactions and enhanced communication.
Business Opportunities
The Fresh Food Finder App creates a win-win scenario in our fast-paced world. Buyers enjoy easy access to fresh food for a healthy lifestyle, while sellers, whether cooking enthusiasts or established vendors, tap into a dynamic marketplace. It's a seamless connection, where health-conscious consumers find what they need, and sellers flourish in an ever-expanding culinary landscape.

Understanding the problem
Since the app caters for both a seller/vendor and a buyer, I came up with the idea of providing two user flows for these users. From the logging screen, users will be able to choose if they are logging in as a vendor or as a buyer. The flows for each scenario are a bit different. Because of this, I have to place myself into two different shoes, that of the buyer and seller. A UX term for this is empathy mapping. It involves thinking about what the person says, thinks, does or feel in any case scenario.
